Employee Assistance Program

Your health and well-being are important to many people- your family, friends, and fellow workers. These factors are keys that open the door to the quality of your life, enabling you to be productive at work or home, enjoy your leisure time, and share good times with those closest to you.
But sometimes the road gets rocky. Family problems, money problems, alcohol or drug problems - these and other serious personal problems can take away the quality of your life by consuming your time, your thoughts, and your energy. When this happens, every aspect of your life is affected. Serious personal problems can have a negative impact on the workplace and on your fellow workers, as well as on your relationships outside the workplace.

Your company realizes that people are their greatest resource. Recognizing the importance of maintaining the health and well-being of all employees and their families, your company established the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your Employee Assistance Program will provide an avenue of support and help for a variety of personal problems.
EAP is there for you when you need it. EAP can help you find workable solutions to your personal problems. And EAP offers you support along the way. That's why we say - EAP is your resource for quality living.
When you need somewhere to turn

When your personal problems weigh you down sometimes it seems like there's nowhere you can turn for help. But you should know that there is somewhere to turn -your Employee Assistance Program.

We understand that it's difficult for some people to seek and accept help for personal problems. But we also understand that it's much more difficult to face those problems alone. EAP is designed to help employees face and resolve a variety of personal problems including:

bullet marital and family problems
bulletfinancial problems
bulletmental health problems
bulletalcohol problems
bulletdrug problems

Trained EAP representatives are available at PACE for private and confidential interviews. They are there to listen, provide support, and suggest voluntary counseling or treatment if it's needed.
