When your personal problems weigh you down sometimes it seems like there’snowhere you can turn for help.  But you should know that there issomewhere to turn -your Employee Assistance Program.

We understand that it’s difficult for some people to seek and accept help forpersonal problems.  But we also understand that it’s much more difficult toface those problems alone.  EAP is designed to help employees face andresolve a variety of personal problems including:

Trained EAP representatives are available at PACE for private andconfidential interviews.  They are there to listen, provide support, andsuggest voluntary counseling or treatment if it’s needed.
